Crazy Ex Wife smashes into husbands car!

posted on July 29, 2010 in My Mad Ex Fun

In the My Mad Ex Divorce Forum we get lots of stories of unreasonable behaviour from both men and women proving mad exes are not limited to one gender no matter what people may say :) . Here is a funny video of how the fairer sex can act a little crazy when it comes to splitting up from a relationship.

The video shows the ex wife repeatedly driving her car into her exes Subaru Tribeca, apparently she had caught him cheating on her with another woman. The video shows people running around in shock, we can’t be sure if this is the husband or his friends? They are all speaking in French which is probably a good thing as I can’t understand what they are saying! I’m sure it is not suitable for children anyway!

Has your ex ever behaved like this, or have you smashed up your exes car after they cheated on you? Let us know!

Problems with CSA

posted on July 28, 2010 in Single Parents

Many single parents seem to be having problems with the CSA (Child Support Agency), the CSA are supposed to support single parents and Children and help fathers get access to their children. However admin mistakes and reportedly rude personnel is causing many single parents, men and women, to get increasingly frustrated by the agency.

I was recently browsing the internet and I came across a website called CSA Hell this reminded me of a forum thread that got started on our divorce forum a while back on the Child Support Agency, one of our forum members reported their own problems with the CSA and from the looks of www.csahell.com he is not alone in these problems.

When you split up from a relationship it is difficult to keep an amicable relationship with your ex partner, and this can have a negative effect on your children. The CSA are supposed to help make this easier but many of our forum members feel that in fact the CSA make things much harder, by interfering communication breaks down between the parents and many single dads feel their child support money is not afforfable.
Join the discussion, are you a single parent who is having problems with the CSA? Have you got horror stories to tell about poor admin, having to give up work or take cash in hand jobs to survive after the CSA take a large proportion of your earnings? Or do you love the CSA? Have you been helped out by the Child Support Agency?

2 million couples on track to Divorce this year!

posted on July 22, 2010 in Divorce News

According to experts the falling economy has hit couples harder than anticipated and 2 million divorces are said to complete this year. Apparently much of this problem is because wealthy, and not so wealthy,  husbands can no longer afford to buy their wives gifts to keep them happy!

From surveys completed in the January they expect to see a surge of divorces this year and many lawyers reported divorces were inistiated in order to secure cash before the recession hits hard.

A divorce lawyer at SAS Daniels, Maria Taylor says:

“The bubble has burst: couples who thought they could get through their difficulties or an economic blip, and were delaying divorce, have realised the credit crunch is long term and can wait no longer.”

Mishcon family partner Sandra Davis said: “Couples who papered over the cracks with open chequebooks are now seeing those cracks as full fault lines.”

I’m sure the increase in divorces and seperations isn’t all to do with the recession but money problems and the stuggles of paying bills and mortgages or rent just make any problems that are already underlying in a relationship much worse. Tensions in a household can get so much worse if you have the added stress of redundancies and unemployment.

So what do you think? Has your relationship broken down from the added struggle of money issues? Discuss your own relationship stories at the My Mad Ex Divorce forum.
